We need to build scalable people systems that deliver actionable insights, optimize how we get things done, and provide an intentional, meaningful user experience. We need to build scalable people systems that deliver actionable insights, optimize how we get things done, and provide an intentional, meaningful user experience. What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the VP, People operations on overall systems design, including what we want to deliver and how, and the intended user experience
  • Partner across teams to help us build an intentional candidate and employee experience, during life events, in remote, hybrid or in office, what tools, systems, technologies, products and services will help us build for those milestones / moments? How do we scale them?
  • Build scalable process and playbooks for major people operations, processes and delivery models

What You'll Bring:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environments with high complexity and ambiguity
  • Systems thinker, prioritizing scalability, quality outcomes and the employee experience
  • Experience across people technologies, systems, scorecards, analytics and insights
  • Can represent the People Ops leadership in cross functional strategic initiatives
  • Experience planning team events and offsites
  • Data informed and solution oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work / life experience
  • Design an overall people operations product and service delivery model, measure impact and create dashboards to both get feedback from and communicate to key stakeholders on our areas of impact and opportunity
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the people operations roadmap and help prioritize the most high impact initiatives
  • Support the People Operations leadership team by organizing content, the cadence of meetings, building and maintaining scorecards and planning meaningful offsites
  • Lead initiatives as they come up, adoption of new tools or technology, partner on program builds, knowledge management and overall systems optimization
