ServiceTitan is seeking a leader who is energized by the challenge of building and leading our international global growth playbook and foundations. We are looking for a builder who has experience building and scaling global growth people infrastructure and initiatives. This role will report to our VP, People Operations and partner closely across teams (new markets, payroll, tax, legal, finance, people operations, talent acquisition, business partners, total rewards etc) on acquisitions, integrations and on building and reporting on an aligned global hiring strategy and roadmap.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the people operations roadmap and playbook for our organic global and M&A led growth initiatives
  • Partner with the VP, People Operations to evolve the M&A playbook and best practices for integrating acquired companies and offering the best employee experience
  • Lead from a people operations perspective on the due diligence, planning and execution of people activities that happen as part of an acquisition, integration or setting up people foundations in a new country
  • Proactively manage integrations including partnering with the right teams at the right time on job levels, org design, onboarding, total rewards, systems integration and people experience and compliance
  • Develop KPIs and report on the cadence and success of acquisitions, integrations and employee experience globally
  • Lead and support decision making around employee experience based on remote, in person and hybrid office environments

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience with prioritizing global expansion, and creativity on short, medium and long term global hiring strategies
  • Systems thinker, prioritizing scalability, quality outcomes and the employee experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environments with high complexity and ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills - proven ability to lead, influence and inspire
  • Experience leading acquisitions and merging / integrating acquired companies from a people perspective
  • Demonstrated builder of people programs from scratch, in collaboration with partner teams and key stakeholders
  • Data informed and solution oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work / life experience
