About the Role

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Payroll content and documentation on the Payroll Customer Experience team. As a dynamic and energetic professional, Payroll content and documentation will lead the content writing and knowledge management for internal and external users.

What this job can offer you

  • Partner closely with client-facing teams and the Growth team to create content that solves problems for internal and external users
  • Make thoughtful and intentional choices about content style and language with customer first mindset
  • Partner closely with the Product team to make the key information accessible and self-serve within the Remote platform for users
  • Work with subject matter experts to improve and scale the knowledge base
  • Use data to help make content impactful and measure the impact

What you bring

  • Several years of experience as a freelance or in-house writer.
  • Experience writing and editing for payroll, law, and/or HR is a plus.
  • Worked at a hyper-growth start-up.
  • A positive mindset to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Solution-oriented and analytical using metrics and data to approach problems.
  • You are curious to understand details and share the information in digestible ways.

  • Team: Payroll
