As the Internal communications and employer brand lead, you have a deep appreciation and drive for how a great brand starts from within.

What excites you

  • Manage our internal communications strategy, process, editorial calendar and programs, ensuring the most important messages get to our employees, that our employees know where to go for the information they need, and that our mission and values are woven into the DNA of our internal communications
  • Evaluate tools and systems to strengthen solutions for staying connected and information-sharing and define channel strategy for company-wide communications
  • Draft company-wide communications for executives, including emails and presentations
  • Create and communicate a differentiated employer brand, internally and externally, while amplifying our mission to attract the best talent to Plaid
  • Own and drive the content, channels, programs and campaigns to build our employer brand, including creating rich and creative content highlighting life at Plaid and our mission including videos, digital content, and awards
  • Be an ambassador for Plaid's principles and employer brand across the organization, driving employee involvement and engagement as employer brand advocates

  • Experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Previous people management experience
