How you will make a difference:

As a leader on Iterable's Product Marketing team, you will have the responsibility for creating a preference for the Iterable platform across all routes to market. You will shape and lead the product story of Iterable and act as a lead public voice for Iterable's product portfolio. You'll manage the team to develop materials that position the products for target industries, segments, and geographies. You will also drive the NPI process and set the story for products across a release marketing strategy that brings our products, and innovation story, to life in the market.

Reporting to the CMO, in this cross-functional role, you will partner with product management, marketing, sales, services, and support teams to set the strategy and carry out how we take our products to market. You will lead all go-to-market activities - positioning, launch strategy (go-to-market), and ongoing demand for products within Iterable's engagement platform including our ecosystem.

In this role you'll get to:

  • Be a key marketing leader to shape and build the culture of a high performing marketing team.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, business operations, global marketing and partnership organizations, the successful individual will manage both GTM and product marketing strategy and execution
  • Own the creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy, preference creation, and go-to-market plan for the for the customers across all segments, industries and geos?
  • Understand our customers, their buying journey and our competition to amplify our voice, retain leadership in category
  • Enable our sales organization and partner network with the positioning and tools to support their activities
  • Develop and refine messaging, positioning, product content and apply it for AR/PR, awareness and thought leadership, with relevance to end user personas
  • Contribute and shape demand generation and campaign design across all our routes to market, leveraging a mix of digital campaigns, account-based marketing, field marketing/events (both in person and virtual), social media and applying the right investment for each form in a data-driven fashion
  • Focus demand-generation efforts for both lands, expand and cross-sell opportunities to net new customers and existing customer install-base
  • Develop pricing and packaging strategy for to help accelerate adoption and expansion of Iterable
  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners and enable a select number as a route-to-market
  • Develop market and competitive intelligence to successfully drive and build leverage in our GTM

We are looking for people who have:

  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing in MarTech specifically
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organization change and successful introduction of mature product marketing processes
  • Experience ideating and working on innovative, impactful go-to-market tactics
  • Are experienced storytellers able to develop a memorable narrative for any product, and for different personas, and can coach others to do the same
  • Experience managing multiple product lines across different personas
  • Can interpret usage data or market research to make decisions
  • Experience successfully managing 10+ people (at various levels)
  • Excel at leading across teams, harnessing different motivations to achieve a shared goal
  • Preferable experience in the mar-tech industry
  • Will become fascinated by our market and customer base and motivated by their success

We've rethought traditional workplace planning and are looking to strengthen belonging, innovation, productivity, and happiness whether it's in an office, from home, or a hybrid of the two. As such, we've moved to a single geographical compensation band for all of our employees (the San Francisco Bay Area market for the US, London for the UK).

For Colorado-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $225,750/year. The compensation package includes equity, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial and other benefits. Additionally, perks such as daily paid lunches and generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others, are included.
