Objective:

Position Overview: As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for spearheading our marketing and brand initiatives, enhancing our subscription models, and harnessing the power of data analytics to optimize our marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our direct-to-consumer and retail business, ensuring sustained growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on expanding our direct-to-consumer reach and increasing subscription-based revenue and supporting our retail channel.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of digital marketers and creatives, fostering collaboration and innovation to drive measurable results.
  • Utilize your creative experience to conceptualize and oversee the production of compelling marketing assets, campaigns, and content that resonate with our target audience.
  • Innovate subscription models and pricing strategies, utilizing market research and consumer insights to optimize conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and develop actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and investments.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and competitive landscape shifts, recommending strategic adjustments to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across various channels, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to financial objectives.
  • Develop, execute, and manage A/B testing optimization strategies spanning ad assets, landing pages, targeting, media tactics, and new media channels
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to supplement in-house capabilities and drive marketing excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on growth and direct-to-consumer strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling digital consumer businesses, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Deep understanding of data analytics and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Can combine these deep analytical skills with consumer empathy, to ensure we are always delivering delightful, customer-centric experiences
  • Experience managing multi-functional in-house teams and external agencies
  • Exceptional creativity and customer focus, with a history of developing compelling marketing assets and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing technology and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams and present strategic initiatives to senior management.
