Description

Own your channel! This position will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and other channel leads (search, email, display) to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies and playbooks for all aspects of Knowde's business. You will monitor your channel's performance by evaluating data and creating reports on key metrics to assess campaign efficiency and analyze trends, set current and long-term goals for internal marketing teams, collaborate with execution managers to optimize team performance, prioritize projects and allocate resources accordingly, forecast hiring needs, and identify challenges and opportunities for growth. For enterprise level clients, you will also assist with the production and execution of campaigns by collaborating with designers and copywriters, editing content, and building and launching campaigns. Additional responsibilities include communicating with enterprise level customers to share results, suggest optimizations, and provide general support.

Strategy - Brand

Build Knowde's paid and unpaid social strategies for Knowde.com (grow follower base and get polymer, chemical, and ingredient buyers to sign up for the Knowde marketplace)

Strategy - Enterprise

Build Knowde's paid and unpaid social strategies to drive traffic and leads for enterprise level storefronts by getting buyers to visit storefront pages, download documents and formulations, and request samples and quotes. Collaborate with other marketing channel leads to ensure a cohesive multi-channel approach.

Strategy - Non-Enterprise

Develop a scalable approach (strategy, plan, and playbook) for social marketing to drive buyer traffic across non-enterprise storefronts. Approach must support up to 2.2K storefronts.

Management

Collaborate with marketing execution managers to ensure social marketing playbooks are implemented, budgets are managed, and results are optimized

Management

Collaborate with Head of Marketing to find, hire and train U.S.-based social marketing execution teams for all storefronts.

Execution

Conceive, build, and launch social campaigns to drive leads for enterprise storefronts.

Client Relationship

Meet with key enterprise storefront owners to provide social marketing education, review results and optimize campaign performance.

Qualifications/Skills

Self-starter with a hands-on approach

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field

5+ years of experience in marketing

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of social marketing and analytics tools and applications

Experience with design is a plus
