About the Role

The Senior Technical Website Manager (specifically for web programs and projects) is a critical role in the success of the Integrated Marketing team and for Typeform as a whole. This role will help drive the execution and completion of our highest priority marketing programs aligned to the digital experience. You will partner cross-functionally with all teams both within marketing and across the organization, to ensure programs are managed in a strategic and efficient manner. You will be proactive about highlighting blockers, communicating timeline changes, and ensuring that the right individuals are included for awareness and approvals.

You will help with managing teams of different disciplines to deliver results in a timely manner for priority marketing programs. You will set goals and direction, improve productivity, adhering to deadlines from inception to completion with a post modem for the programs.

You will report to the Sr. Director of Digital Experience.

Things you will do:

  • Identify and manage program dependencies that could affect the success of programs
  • Develop and maintain the latest versions of website pilar level of sitemaps, wireframes, visual concepts
  • Working with other project managers to solve day-to-day e-hoc and maintenance requests for the Web..
  • Update web content using a CMS system
  • Ensure that the content of a website is optimized for user experience - arranging and editing the content into a coherent, unique style that is true to the site's brand
  • Work with marketing cross functional members to enhance collaboration and alignment of key initiatives
  • Working with Technical delivery manager to ensure the sites and applications are functioning properly and troubleshoot platform issues and solve them with the help of support teams
  • Improvement of customers onboarding from the web experience and overall marketing channels:
  • Improve KPI such as New Customer/Sign-Ups, and other digital metrics across the digital ecosystem
  • Work with the cross-functional members of the Marketing organization and i.e. Product Marketing and Demand Gen, Brand to understand their goals and help improve conversion by channels
  • Build and own a centralized system to manage, archive, and share tests/insights
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on testing (test design, sequencing, metrics definition, and analysis)
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, project sprints, and MVPs, to deliver ongoing business outcomes to the organization
  • Perform qualitative research and bring in customer insights to customer's digital journeys

What you already bring to the table:

  • 10+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional training in Marketing, Brand, Project Management
  • Experience working with in-house creatives studio teams or agencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, metrics and deadline-driven.
  • Passion for learning and implementing new tools
  • Experience in B2B/SaaS marketing
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, project sprints, and MVPs, to deliver ongoing business outcomes to the organization
  • Familiarity and passion about digital marketing concepts, practices and programs with a strong understanding of web marketing
  • Demonstrated ability in developing, testing and deploying multiple marketing campaigns with the ability to execute quick iterations to test theories and designs, user experience, analytics and data for decision making
  • Aptitude to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of best practices for web
