To help us with this mission, we're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise to play a critical and strategic role in our company's growth.

In this highly visible, strategic role you'll have a direct impact on our fastest growing segment and have the opportunity to work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership and cross-functional teams. You will develop a deep understanding of Productboard's Enterprise buyers and users and create clearly differentiated positioning, narratives, and messaging for how we can help them and drive business outcomes. You'll partner closely with the Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market strategies and campaigns for our core enterprise audiences. You'll be a trusted advisor to our Sales team, equipping the team with market and persona knowledge as well as the assets and tools to win more deals.

This is a full-stack product marketing role that's ideal for someone who brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, business acumen, collaborative spirit, and operational discipline.

What you'll do

  • Develop our Enterprise positioning and work closely with Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success teams to translate it into compelling and impactful narratives and value props throughout the entire buyer journey
  • Enable our Sales and Customer Success teams with compelling and high-impact collateral, use cases, sales plays, customer stories, and tools that resonate with our buyers
  • Work closely with our Demand Gen team to develop and execute integrated strategies and campaigns that drive demand for Productboard across our target Enterprise segments
  • Be the passionate voice of Enterprise customers and prospects by developing a deep (and continuously refined) understanding of the market, buyer personas, ideal customer profile, the buyer journey, etc. and feed insights back to stakeholders to inform go-to-market strategies
  • Be a trusted partner to the product team and relay customer, sales, and market insights to inform product roadmap decisions and strategy

About You

  • 5+ years of product marketing or related experience (marketing, product management, operational, or strategy) in B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Expert on enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas with experience enabling enterprise GTM teams
  • Gifted storyteller with strong writing and communication skills and an eye for good design who can succinctly translate technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with external and internal audiences
  • Structured thinker with demonstrated history of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and mobilizing teams that span functions
  • Self-starter with a get-it-done attitude who can navigate ambiguous situations and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment
  • Team-player who builds relationships across functions and can influence without authority
  • MBA a plus
