Senior Product Marketing Manager, NA Marketing Visa Business Solutions

As part of the North America Marketing team, the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, will be responsible for leading regional marketing programs for Visa Business Solutions (VBS), which includes Small Business product marketing and brand initiatives, and potentially other core Visa products.

The Sr. Manager will work closely with the Director, VBS Marketing and the regional VBS product team to collaborate, design, and execute marketing programs and strategies. In addition, because Small Business initiatives extend beyond VBS, this role will collaborate and work with other teams across Visa. You must be able to build relationships and work closely with partners like sales, government engagement, Auth.net, communications, social impact, and global marketing, in addition to the usual partners like finance, Visa.com and legal. You will need to be flexible and exercise diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.

The Sr. Manager will be a seasoned marketer who can develop and deliver innovative marketing programs and content. Attention to detail and a willingness to understand how VBS products and services work will be critical to the success of this role. The Sr. Manager should be engaged in learning about and understanding the different audiences - small businesses, mid-sized companies, and large corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead and develop regional marketing strategies, working closely with regional product and sales teams to engage our clients and stakeholders to deliver against Visa's business and marketing goals
You will help develop marketing campaigns and assets that clearly communicate value propositions, set forth positioning and messaging, and activation strategies relevant to your regional priorities
You will direct and manage internal and external resources to accomplish strategic marketing projects to support business objectives.

This position is open to candidates in San Francisco, CA and Foster City, CA.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
