About the Role
The Senior National Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and implementation of a programatized model for our larger national programs and roadshows that meet the growth objectives of the business - with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation across enterprise, geo, and mid-market accounts, as well as accelerating pipeline velocity. The role reports to the Director, Americas Field Marketing and will also support strong partnership with the regional Field Marketing Managers as well as key stakeholders within the Marketing organization.

What you'll do

    • Build and execute the national program strategy for the Americas aligned to sales priorities, pipeline and revenue goals, with documented processes and best practices
    • Manage all facets of the national plan, including development, program tactics, metrics and budget
    • Work closely with a cross-functional team including regional field marketing, sales, integrated campaigns, digital, as well as partner, customer, and product marketing to develop, align and execute large-scale, packaged programs and roadshows that can be easily adopted and localized in the field
    • Help identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, assets, channels, and calls to action for personas and account segments
    • Collaborate and partner with core marketing stakeholders on content requirements, digital marketing support/message testing and creative development to ensure effectiveness.
    • Align and collaborate with sales enablement and SDR teams to increase program adoption and ensure SLAs for lead follow-up are met
    • Develop national program playbooks including, but not limited to, outbound prospecting/PG plays, inbound lead follow up, nurture, partner programs, live/virtual events and roadshows, with the goal of building pipeline and accelerating bookings
    • Responsible for reporting to accurately measure business impact on pipeline/bookings (sourced/influenced), database growth and account/persona engagement
    • Define needs for new systems and tools to operationalize and scale national programs faster and more efficiently.

What we're looking for

    • 7-10+ years of proven field marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS, preferably with large accounts in the financial services industry.
    • Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with flawless attention to detail in execution
    • Positive, can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product marketing teams
    • Experience working both independently and within close teams in a fast-paced remote work environment, and the ability to prioritize/manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Experience building and delivering large-scale national marketing programs, events, roadshows, executive programs, which include partners and multi-channel promotion
    • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan with strong project management, planning, and organizational skills
    • Abilty to clearly communicate new ideas, programs, processes and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Understanding of pipeline management and metrics
    • Demonstrated experience sourcing and overseeing third-party vendors for marketing program execution
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Team player with the flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a high-growth organizationOccasional domestic travel to support customer-facing events ~25%

Additional highly desirable experience

    • Hands-on CRM/marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and Marketo
    • Experience with tools including Splash, Sendoso and 6sense a plus.
