We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Strategy and Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to build something from an early stage. In this role, you will be focused on using technology to create impactful, relevant, and personalized experiences across the business. You will be joining at a pivotal time, to help us drive retention and growth among our user base through developing high-impact communication channels as part of an integrated user engagement strategy. Marketing Operations is part of the larger Revenue Strategy and Operations team. We are a cross-functional team of program managers, system experts, and data analysts partnering with every team in some form across Wonolo. We pride ourselves on impacting key business performance indicators, effective collaboration, and the development of innovative solutions. What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete high-impact projects for lifecycle, transactional, triggered, and promotional campaigns
    • Drive strategic architecture decisions for implementing new programs within our automation and engagement platforms
    • Develop a long-term roadmap/strategy for marketing enablement and automation
    • Take a holistic approach to optimize our marketing technology stack and processes across multiple, integrated channels
    • Work with Marketing and their cross-functional partners on integrating lead nurturing and account-based marketing efforts across our technology stack
    • Establish standard data framework across customer lifecycle in collaboration with Product, Business Intelligence and other key stakeholders
    • Use data integrations and insights to benchmark performance, drive continuous improvements, and ultimately increase the lifetime value of our users

Who you are:

    • 5+ years of marketing operations experience
    • 3+ years of extensive experience using a marketing automation platform
    • 2+ years experience with a CRM
    • Experience using Segment or similar customer data platform and Business Intelligence tools (Looker or Tableau)
    • Strategic Thinker - You understand marketing tools from an in-depth technical standpoint and know how to leverage the tools at your disposal to solve complex challenges
    • Problem Solver - You take time to understand the full scope of a problem, break it down into consumable components, partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, and propose inventive solutions.
    • Excellent Communicator - you leverage the concept of "extreme ownership" and go out of your way to ensure key stakeholders are informed and aligned
    • Customer obsessed - You never lose sight of the customer experience and know-how to scale cross-channel communications and programs to deliver great end-user experiences
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
    • Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
    • You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion

Nice to haves:

    • Specific experience in Iterable, Marketo or Adobe marketing automation products
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Previous experience migrating or integrating new automation products into the marketing tech stack
    • Experience working with IT, product, engineering, or other technical teams
    • Certification in marketing automation tool, CRM, or Google Analytics
