Wiz is looking for a data-driven full-funnel-focused Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a critical role in analyzing the end-to-end buyer journey and developing, implementing, and optimizing growth and digital initiatives

You will possess a wealth of B2B demand gen and performance marketing experience. You're passionate about driving ROI-based strategy to target customers in every stage of the customer funnel. inform channel optimization and growth opportunities, A/B testing, and identifying dependencies and blockers.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, experiment, test, and optimize targeted and personalized digital experiences across every stage of the customer lifecycle to achieve
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and impact
  • Identify, segment, target, and engage our ideal customers
  • Develop compelling 1:1 and 1:few ABM experiences to surround target accounts with personalized account and persona messages
  • Operationalize buyer intent signals to identify and priorities new opportunities and enable sales to align messaging and sales pitches to the buyer's needs
  • Recommend and drive rapid A/B tests to and optimize channel mix, creative design, marketing copy, and digital experience
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to build scalable, repeatable, metrics-driven processes around customer acquisition
  • Measure marketings impact on account engagement, reach, and pipeline velocity

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in digital marketing, digital platform management, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Advanced expertise in B2B digital marketing, ABM programs, marketing tools, and a proven track record of success building engaging buyer journeys with strong outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills, proficiency leveraging data visualization tools, and adept ability to, perceive meaningful connections across multiple data points and extract actionable insights
  • You excel at building cross-functional relationships virtually
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, and ABM tools
