Position Summary

We're looking for strong, passionate marketers to join an empowered, results-driven marketing team. As a central member of the demand generation team, you'll act as the owner of the customer journey, owning strategy and execution of omnichannel, integrated lifecycle marketing initiatives. You'll report to the Director of Demand Generation and leverage business needs, objectives, and insights and translate them into actionable campaigns that leverage cross-channel communication, highly personalized content, and precise segmentation.

How you'll create impact:

  • You'll partner closely with product marketing, creative, sales, and customer success to build comprehensive strategies focused on the buyer experience and oversee end-to-end integrated campaign execution
  • You'll drive strategic growth initiatives focused on Okendo's customers to increase the customer lifetime value with the brand
  • You'll collaborate with business & marketing leaders to identify opportunities to drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and cross-sell/up-sell through various marketing channels (email, paid media, direct, ABM, and more)
  • You'll lead a segmentation strategy using data to explore and test new segments and identify opportunities for A/B testing to optimize and drive improvements to KPIs
  • You'll analyze the performance of marketing channels and journey's across lifecycle stages, seeking actionable ways to improve performance and hit quarterly goals
  • You'll build out automated workflows and email sequences throughout the lifecycle
  • You'll drive targeted international expansion across key geographies, and launch omnichannel campaigns
  • You'll collaborate with Partner Marketing to nurture and promote partner activations

What we need from you

  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle or campaign marketing management
  • 2+ years of marketing experience at an early-stage SaaS business
  • Deep knowledge in lifecycle strategies, customer segmentation, list management, building & optimizing drip campaigns, subscriber management, and CAN-SPAM laws
  • Deep knowledge in email and CRM marketing
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, initiative, motivation, and a track record of "Get it Done"
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Track record of strong business impact and being able to quantify results
  • Highly collaborative and loves working together to solve a problem

1-Month Success

  • You'll become familiar with our target market and ICP
  • You'll successfully complete the Okendo onboarding program
  • You'll complete your Okendo product certification
  • You'll meet with key stakeholders across the business and begin to build relationships
  • You'll become familiar with Okendo's lifecycle stages, processes, marketing strategy, and quarterly goals
  • You'll execute the campaign and nurture plans for the quarter

6-Month Success

  • You'll build out the campaign strategy for the following quarter, utilizing templates, reporting, and channel strategies
  • You're a key participant on the demand generation team driving campaign strategy, and starting proper testing and CRO best practices
  • You'll be working with the Demand Generation Director to release and execute an ABM framework
  • You'll develop a personalized lifecycle roadmap across email, and other marketing channels to drive growth, retention & win back

1-Year Success

  • You've formalized a playbook outlining the process for campaign strategy, execution, collaboration, and reporting
  • You've gathered enough intelligence and data to have confidence in applying the previous year's learning to next year's plan
  • You've utilized proven campaign strategies and best practices to launch in international markets
  • You've created a scalable and repeatable process for campaign execution across the organization
  • You've influenced the entire Marketing team, across the funnel from awareness to conversion and retention
  • You've proactively surfaced business opportunities across various channels that have a real impact on the overall business and brand health
