Role Description

This role will require daily interaction with Paid Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Digital Radio Ads, Display Vendors and Facebook ads. We are looking for a self-taught professional or someone with 1 to 2 years' experience is preferred. The ability to continually learn new platforms, techniques, and strategies on your own is highly valued. The Paid Search Specialist will attend meetings and strategize with the goal of increasing revenue and tracking results. This role reports to the Paid Search Manager and is responsible for creating and managing campaigns across digital paid advertising platforms. Experience setting up and optimizing Search, Display, YouTube, and social campaigns is a plus. Experience with different bid strategies is also helpful. This role will work with other team members to request video and display ad creation as well as measuring data driven attribution. Currently we work from home 4 days a week. The ideal candidate should be in the Austin Area.

Key Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Review existing campaigns for important KPI's daily
  • Optimizing Campaigns Across Platforms
  • Create new Campaigns in Search Platforms
  • Learn about new products as they are added to our website
  • Attending strategy meetings
  • Brainstorm and strategize how to use current and new digital advertising platforms for our new products as they come out
  • Problem Solving when sales or ROAS take a downturn
  • Stay focused on the KPI's

Job Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
