Tessian's marketing team is looking for an innovative senior digital strategist with a growth mindset to own all of our paid acquisitions channels.

The Senior Digital Strategist serves as an integral member of our marketing team and will focus on the strategy and implementation of our digital marketing activities. In this role, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns across channels, including website, paid search, paid social media and email marketing to grow brand awareness, increase demand for services and influence revenue. You'll have independence to enact our strategy, and have agency, design, and content support.

In this role, you will:

    • Plan, develop and effectively implement all web, digital communications, email and online advertising campaigns.
    • Proactively develop and execute digital marketing and email campaigns that nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.
    • Monitor all digital marketing channels and capture leads.
    • Track and report online marketing success through effective measurement metrics. Make recommendations for improvement and optimize for positive ROI
    • Research and find innovative digital opportunities.
    • Manages PPC initiatives (e.g. Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), as applicable.
    • Create landing page strategy and optimize to increase visitor retention and encourage conversion.
    • Proactively communicate metrics and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Design and manage email marketing strategy, including outbound strategy, nurture strategy, and sales play follow up.
    • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to build email lists and campaigns, including the design of templates, content and calls-to-action.
    • Segment lists based on behaviors such as past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)

We'd love to meet someone who has:

    • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience
    • Hands-on experience managing paid Google, Facebook, LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Direct experience executing digital marketing strategies with an emphasis on lead generation, content marketing, PPC, website and landing page creation.
    • Marketing automation and email marketing software experience such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.
    • Experience with WordPress
    • Creative copywriting skills for both long-form content as well as short-term ad copy.
    • Experience with remarketing tactics, GDN, intent-based marketing, and ABM
    • Aptitude for analyzing marketing campaign results, including Google Analytics and paid media results.
    • Ability to clearly communicate and represent data verbally and via presentation to senior management
