Recruitment Specialist

S4 Market Data is a market data management consultancy that helps financial services companies with vendor management and administrative services. We are based in Miami, FL, and service financial institutions across the U.S.A. This is a remote work from home position hiring.

Summary 

The recruitment specialist role at S4 Market Data is to  oversee  the  company's  recruiting  function. This position  manages  an  existing process, suggests, and develops improvements on these. The ideal candidate will have  at least 2  years' experience  in a similar role, able to work as part of a team but also  independently.  Financial services experience is strongly preferred. The hours for this role are US Eastern Time 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.  Any Marketing experience would also be preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Execute a full-cycle recruiting process for the company to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Source active and passive candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Provide pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions through active on-going candidate campaigns.
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate statuses via our internal recruitment system and regular communications with Management

• Screening of candidates through their application and video interview to submit reviews to management on potentially suitable candidates
• Willing to take on new responsibilities as may be assigned by the management.

 Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College of any field
• Proficiency in using standard recruitment applications.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn job search tools
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skill
• At least 2 years' experience in recruitment is essential
• Must be able to handle difficult situations during information gathering/surveys from the candidates
• Any previous experience in Marketing is a bonus but not essential
