We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst with a love for data visualization and generating actionable insights from raw data. This position will be part of our Digital Production and Design Research teams and support our growing advocacy work. We are currently working from home due to the stay in place order so this role will begin remotely. When Wondros resumes regular office operations, the Project Coordinator, depending on their location, will be able to work at a nearby Wondros office.

Job summary

The work includes tracking and management of a variety of different creative assets, and requires someone who is responsible, hard-working, resourceful, and an excellent communicator. Work activities include creative asset management of video, audio, static creative development and production to serve integrated marketing campaigns including social and paid media. In managing these creative assets, responsible for quality control of assets, management of internal databases, and uploading materials to Box and/or Asset Portal. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager and to the Executive Integrated Producer in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining records/files for all completed and in-progress work.
  • Quality control of creative assets during all different phases of production.
  • Upload and download assets through secure file transfer systems.
  • Keep a database of deliverables and versions for each project.
  • Completion of paperwork that comes with processing vendor invoices and freelancer timecards.
  • Create and submit POs for all job-related costs; track expenses in the central database.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar position in a high-volume, high-pressure creative environment.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Must be energetic and proactive, someone who welcomes a challenge and is able to work in a fast-moving, quick response, demanding, flexible environment.
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure, can do attitude.
  • Strong skill set in Microsoft Office Suite and Google web applications.
  • Experience as a project coordinator/account coordinator preferred.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and willingness to pitch-in, as needed.
  • Advertising/marketing agency experience preferred
  • BA or BS degree preferred
