We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support product launches and develop our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. As our first Product Marketing Manager, this is a critical role for someone excited to roll up their sleeves and build the structure rather than stepping into an existing process. An ideal candidate is data-driven, insanely organized, and a great storyteller. You will obsess over showing value through product stickiness to help craft our product vision. To excel in this role, you'll have a strong understanding of customer needs and our competitive space.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll work within a growing marketing team and key stakeholders across Product, Program Managers, Support, and Customer teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management) to develop our Go-To-Market plans. What you'll do:

    • Understand high-priority needs that drive user acquisition & retention and present a synthesized vision of scalable solutions to prioritize
    • Develop compelling collateral & marketing campaigns announcing product updates and crafting a story on our product solutions
    • Create a rollout release process based on size/impact, with a consistent product comms strategy for both internal & external users
    • Provide sales enablement support with internal communications & training on new features, how it works, and product positioning
    • Identify alpha/beta customers for testing; communicate customer feedback & bugs between Customer & Product teams
    • Manage product release schedule and collaborate with Product Managers to understand priorities & roadmap planning along with partner closely with Program Managers on the Revenue team to develop pricing & packaging
    • Gain insights and analyze data pre-and post-launch, including monitoring adoption and usage

Who you are:

    • 5-8 years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record of developing Go-To-Market strategy including rollout management, content creation, product positioning, and sales enablement
    • Thrives off crafting a compelling & connected 'product stickiness' story for customers based on research, data, and solving customer needs
    • Collaborate in a dynamic environment; successfully work cross-functionally to gather insights, develop a go-to-market strategy, and help explain the 'why' effectively
    • Superior communication skills both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging
    • Proactive, motivated self-starter; you will be the first to build processes for scalability
    • Excellent project management skills and is detail-oriented and analytical
    • You demonstrate a commitment to advancing representation and inclusion

Nice to haves:

    • Product marketing experience specifically within a marketplace organization
    • Experience in design tools to develop collateral quickly
    • Comfortable navigating in Google sheets/Excel; extra points for the ability to write SQL queries
    • Copywriting experience
