The Product Marketing Manager is an integral role on the Marketing Strategy team contributing to ServiceTitan's acquisition of new customers. The right individual for this role will help drive cross-functional, highly visible and critical initiatives. The individual has a well-rounded background - including product marketing, program management, competitive intelligence, an analytical prowess and a mix of operational and strategic work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key competitive initiatives as well as be a foundational member building the new customer acquisition product marketing function.

The Marketing Strategy team is the strategic arm of the Marketing organization - responsible for pipeline across key market segments, deep segment knowledge and driving expansion strategy with new customer segments.

What you'll do:

  • Drive (lead and execute) the build of a Product Marketing Portfolio including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, positioning and differentiation.
  • Maintain a mature CI program, including owning common objections and landmines laid by our top competitors, along with our battle-proven responses to align GTM messaging for sales, SDRs, and CS.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales on targeted competitive campaigns and go to market initiatives.
  • Manage enablement materials and collateral in partnership with the enablement team.
  • Work with Product team in support of GTM activities to ensure we are properly positioning, understand the competitive landscape and differentiators with respect to product development and releases.
  • Work with customer success team and clients to better understand competitive product differentiation.
  • Liaise with product management and corporate marketing to ensure a tight feedback loop with market feedback.
  • Develop and maintain competitive strategies against legacy and up-and-coming competitors including the ability to measure impact.
  • Nice to have - experience with a win/loss program, including quarterly reporting and driving action for results with sales, product and marketing.
