We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the Outer marketing team at an exciting time! We're expanding our product portfolio need help bringing our products to life across our marketing channels. This role sits at the intersection between product development, marketing, and sales, and will work closely with Product Development/Design, Marketing/ Creative, Operations, and Sales/CS teams.

You will identify and understand product features, map out the messaging and positioning framework, and establish an outreach plan to our target audiences to help acquire, engage and retain new customers. This role will move customers through three levels of the marketing funnel as it relates to individual products: Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention.

You will collaborate with the business and marketing strategy teams and other functions to build a comprehensive, data-informed go-to-market strategy.

Our candidate must have prior experience working in product marketing.
This position reports directly to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager.


    • GTM Strategy: Develop comprehensive GTM strategy and execute product launches from start to finish that support the product development timeframes.
    • Partner with the Product Development team to become familiar with the product roadmap and translate the technical features into consumer-facing benefits for our consumers to launch successful marketing campaigns.
    • Product positioning and messaging: Understand the target consumer for each product, how the product benefits fits into the consumer base, what competitive solutions our products have available to them, and how to effectively communicate our value propositions directly to them. Test and optimize messaging with consumers.
    • Product Market Research: Conduct product-specific market research to understand the total addressable market for future products to inform launch strategy and pricing strategy. Partner with the strategy team to carry out research and surveys to better understand our target consumers for informed segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing.
    • Data & Consumer Insights: Inform new product requirements with data, category trends and competitor insights that represent key market analysis and business rationale to support company growth. Be an expert on competitive products and trends in the industry to share with the greater team.
    • Product Campaign Launch Strategy & Oversee Creative Asset Development: Initiate campaign kick-offs and create creative briefs required to kick-off asset development and create compelling consumer messages across all marketing channels.
    • Performance: Be an expert on your product lines performance. Work closely with the strategy team to map GTM program success across acquisition, engagement and retention. Leverage those learnings to identify new opportunities.

    • 4-6 years of Product Marketing experience
    • Strong understanding of product development and marketing channels
    • Experience working in a startup company preferred
