Product Manager Marketing Squad

Your challenge

Your first challenge will be to bring DFS to Mexico by owning a part of the game or user enabling journeys. As a Product Manager you will be in charge of creating shared understanding through product discovery, ideation processes that ensure squad collaboration and translating those into job stories and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Consultant or MBA with theoretical PM knowledge and tech fluency or,
• 2 years as PO with strong business and data skills or, 1year as PM with other relevant prior tech experience

• You must needs to know about viral loops

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Awesome problem definition and product discovery skills
• Revenue projections and lever understanding
• Fluency with data
• Project management knowledge
• Doing job stories and acceptance criteria
• Minimizing business debt and tech debt
• UX understanding to translate into tech requirements
• Tech knowledge to be able to innovate in troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Owning a revenue stream, projections and levers
• Designing KPIs
• Managing team velocity and iterations
• Orchestrating people and Managing up
• Stakeholder management
• Ensuring product quality across UX and tech
• Minimizing business debt and tech debt
• Manage the pace of iterations by understanding complexities in order to set up sprints that always have something that can be tested and generate increments
