As a Product Content Manager at Alan you'll be in charge of creating content experiences that have a direct, profound, and positive impact on peoples' lives. You'll be joining teams where the content you create is the product, rather than a promotional accessory to the product. So you will have a direct impact on product, growth, and business strategy.

In this role you will:

• Manage Content Creation Process - You own the creation of the content types within your scope (such as interactive/written content or audio/visual content), delegating to relevant internal or external collaborators as needed
• Inform Content Strategy - You determine which topics to cover based on an informed understanding of our users, research into health topics, and data-backed insights
• Publish Content - You work with our translation agency partner and content management system to translate and publish content for our users
• Iterate on Content - You monitor the performance of the content you create and iterate on the format to ensure it's as engaging as possible
• Maximize Return on Content Investment - You think through how to re-use and re-purpose the content we produce to ensure that users enjoy an enriched, dynamic experience
• Support Growth - You work with marketing to ensure that the content we create supports both product goals and growth goals and is appealing to all desired audiences
