OrangeRed, Reddit's in-house brand creative team, exists to strengthen the external & internal perception of our brand, and ensure its consistent application across all platforms and the product. Some of the key areas OrangeRed focuses on are brand guidelines, product, marketing, community, partnerships, and company experience collateral. We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented producer to support an important brand initiative this year.

This is an 8-month contract position to start mid-February. Remote work based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• The main responsibilities of this role are to liaise with our brand agency partner, schedule and run meetings with relevant team members, build meeting agendas, take meeting notes, aggregate internal feedback, disseminate information to the agency and relevant team members.
• Manage the deliverables of the project and oversee their implementation across teams. Cross-functional teams this person will collaborate with include Product, Product Design (UX), Marketing, and Community.
• Become familiar with our brand identity and guidelines, in both our product and in marketing.
• Time permitting, you will have the opportunity to work with our studio team of designers, illustrators, and copywriters to drive other creative projects forward. This can include design and creation of digital ad banners, video, social assets, illustrations, and more.
• Manage creative ticket requests in our Jira project management tool, and own communication between stakeholders and our brand creative team.

What We Can Expect From You:

• 5+ years of work experience, ideally as a creative producer at an in-house brand team at a tech product company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clear and concise communication with all levels of the organization.
• Highly organized, detail and results oriented.
• Understand the importance of cohesive and consistent branding across all touch points
• A great collaborator and project partner. A project leader and team player who looks out for the interests of all parties involved.
• Ability to work in a team-based, virtual environment.
• Have familiarity with different project management and asset organization software, especially Jira, Figma, Lingo, Canva, Dropbox, and Google suite.
• Resourceful and is always seeking ways to drive efficiency and productivity.
• The ability to multitask and handle changing priorities, while continuing to drive projects forward with the team.
• Driven and motivated to deliver quality work, and always do what is best for Reddit's brand.
• Must have working internet in order to work remotely.

Bonus Points:

• Has worked closely with a UX/product design team on product branding.
• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing or a Creative related field.
• Creative industry experience, especially on a brand creative team at a tech-forward company.
• An enthusiasm for branding and brand strategy for a product company.
