We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer to take ownership over Figma's B2B demand generation efforts across paid media. You will be a foundational member reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager and oversee the strategy and tactics that support lead generation for our enterprise sales funnel.

Sitting within Figma's Growth Marketing organization, the performance marketing team is responsible for driving user acquisition across Figma's multiple products and business objectives by planning and delivering digital media strategies globally. As a part of the this team, you will maximise paid channels like SEM, paid social, programmatic, as well as test new channels to help Figma achieve our sales-led customer acquisition goals. You will parter closely with cross functional teams such as product marketing, finance, data science, sales, and brand.

This role applies strong analytical background as well as deep experience in both implementing in-platform working closely with agencies to scale media strategies.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Be an end-to-end channel owner for paid demand generation campaigns which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization and in some cases, work with an agency to run and manage campaigns
  • Manage audiences, creatives, budget and bidding strategies to increase efficiency, including technical setup of experiments and analysis of results
  • Work closely with sales and growth leaders so that global teams have an understanding of how we're investing across channels, what lead flow volumes to expect, communicate lead quality and return on investment
  • Lead the creative development process for paid ad assets from brief writing, copywriting, and working with cross-functional teams and agencies to produce final assets and work closely with Figma's brand team to build the assets
  • Develop an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance
  • Proactively find new channels and growth opportunities
  • Pull and analyze reports to evaluate performance, set and communicate CPA benchmarks, and translate insights into practical changes.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience at an in-house marketing team or agency
  • Have experience running paid programs for B2B SaaS companies and have a strong understanding of the B2B funnel and/or ABM campaigns
  • Expertise in executing paid campaigns and handling multimillion marketing budgets across social, digital, and programmatic media
  • Analytical and data savvy marketer, comfortable with advanced Excel functions and analyzing large data sets
  • Strong knowledge of ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, and Google Ads
  • Worked closely with brand / creative teams for end-to-end creative development of performance assets and marketing landing pages
  • Have technical knowledge of tracking, tooling, experiment design and implementation
  • Passionate about the design space and are familiar with using Figma and Figjam
