We're looking for a result-driven performance marketer to take a hands-on role in running our customer acquisition campaigns and implementing short-term and long-term growth strategy.

You'll focus on developing customer acquisition strategies and campaigns, successfully executing them and continuously analysing performance to improve results. You'll ensure that our campaigns and activities meet set KPIs while keeping CAC relatively stable.

We hold taking ownership in high regard, meaning that you have the freedom to make your own informed decisions on how to get things done. No bullsh*t, low bureaucracy, real people.

As we expand to new markets and products, you'll have an opportunity to grow and lead a goal-oriented performance marketing team.

Examples of what you'll do

  • Develop paid customer acquisition strategies
  • Run campaigns that meet and exceed set KPIs from planning to execution
  • Constantly optimise marketing activities to improve ROI
  • Manage budgets and modify ad spends
  • Run A/B testing and incremental go-to-market testing to identify what works best
  • Test new ideas and run experiments with new channels
  • Optimise marketing budgets to lower CAC and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams
  • Leverage data, analytics and customer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations

You're a good fit if you

  • Have 4+ years of performance marketing experience and prior experience in a similar role
  • Have a successful track record of driving customer acquisition and building multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Have successfully scaled a SaaS product to multiple international markets
  • Have proven experience with running ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Are highly goal-oriented and have excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to solving challenges
  • Possess a proactive attitude and a getting-things-done mindset
  • Are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver
  • Have strong project management skills: the ability to track set objectives, manage multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the immediate needs of the business
  • Have strong technical skills with relevant marketing and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or similar
  • Preferably have a background or knowledge in e-commerce and/or fintech
