As a Marketing Traffic Manager you will:

  • Manage web + campaign production intake: The individual in this position will have a key, strategic role in driving inter-departmental collaboration and achieving success. Own the intake of new requests, setting up tasks, and ensuring all relevant information is captured in the initial ask.
  • Overseeing inter-departmental priorities: Assess the current web & production team workload and help resource the work by business need, priority, and deadline. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with different workflows and deadlines simultaneously is key.
  • Maintain project management tool/status updates: Learn our project management tool (Wrike) inside and out and use it to maintain workflows, delineate tasks, and provide status updates.
  • Identify, develop, and implement new processes to help streamline workflows.
  • Quality control: be another set of hands and eyes to help a small team get the details right across a high volume of deliverables.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 3+ years in a mid-level traffic, project management, and/or account coordination role where you've had exposure to a broad range of projects (web, digital, and campaigns).
  • Experience working with Wrike (or a similar project management software tool).
  • You delight in using tools and processes to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously and are comfortable being flexible with shifting deliverables or priorities.
  • A master of time management. You have a knack for understanding how long creative projects take?"from small, quick-turn requests to larger, more complex campaigns.
  • You think proactively
  • You're a great communicator who is comfortable working with a highly cross-functional team
