About the Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist is a highly collaborative analytical thinker able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges. You are a key member of the marketing team and an enabler to the sales organization. The Marketing Operations Specialist will build and execute best in-class marketing programs, manage the systems required to generate leads, and assist the marketing department in the achievement of its goals. This role will have a focus on day-to-day marketing operations functions and growing and maintaining the global marketing database.

What You Will Do:

• End-to-end support for the execution of marketing campaigns, programs and communications.
• Manage the email communications calendar
• Set up landing pages and emails using several different platforms
• Assist with list importsSegment and maintain the marketing database
• Support teams with campaign reporting and Salesforce requests
• Help develop best practices and documentation
• Leverage Salesforce.com and Marketo for lead campaign & program tracking and analysis
• Act as a business data steward to uphold standards and quality requirements for maintaining the marketing database

What You Will Bring:

• 1 - 2 years of marketing operations and automation experience
• Background in Marketo and Salesforce
• Someone who is genuinely curious with good problem-solving skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Innovative, motivated and a high energy team player
• Familiarity with Webinar platforms including ON24, GoToWebinar, ZoomVidyard, Splash and HTML experience would be desirable
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Independent, motivated, and excited to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
