This role will focus on:

  • Building actionable awareness about how Built's products benefit those working in construction finance
  • Driving meaningful engagement and mutual exploration at strategic accounts using a blended mix of tactics
  • Working handinhand with the Strategic sales team (AEs and BDRs) to expedite the sales process by creating compelling, customized campaigns, content, and experiences

This will require:

  • A solid foundation in owning the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal resources and driving collaboration
  • Ownership of multichannel marketing approaches
  • Strong writing skills to craft highly relevant messaging
  • Creativity to breakthrough and fully engage multiple audiences

Objectives and responsibilities:

  • Execute on and contribute to the marketing strategy put in place by our Lending division marketing team
  • Identify and establish appropriate positioning for named-account prospects, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Partner closely with the Strategic sales team to identify the target accounts
  • Research and analyze prospect insights, industry trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices
  • Create highly customized and relevant campaigns to reach, engage and nurture targeted accounts from acquisition -> close -> expansion
  • Leverage a multi-channel approach (digital, events, direct mail, etc.) to engage key contacts at strategic accounts to build brand awareness and develop relationships
  • Collaborate with content marketing and product marketing teams to develop bespoke content assets and tailored messaging to specifically address the accounts' pain points
  • Measure, analyze and report on results, with an eye for optimization and performance improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years B2B demand generation experience, 1+ year in ABM preferred
  • Strong content writing and messaging skills
  • First-hand experience developing marketing plans and executing campaigns
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills - Sales will be your partner in success
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Awareness and understanding of account-based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Salesforce, marketing automation solutions (Pardot preferred) + sales engagement tools (Uberflip/Demandbase a plus)
