What will you do?
The Marketing Content Specialist (Product / Solution Expert) is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the solution(s) for which they are responsible, providing knowledge and support for planning and executing marketing programs, sales channel support, and a high degree of collaboration with Service Practice leaders.

In this role, the Specialist will interact with the SMEs, pre-sales, sales, and delivery teams to create and write content for marketing collateral that accurately reflects the benefits of Stefanini's solutions and how they differ from the competition. They will also define and execute innovative marketing campaigns that generate demand. These plans and programs will require an in-depth understanding of the market, the competition, and target customer segments across a portfolio of services.

The Marketing Content Specialist (Product / Solution Expert) will also be responsible for their assigned solution(s)'s outbound marketing activities by writing all necessary content and defining key messaging and positioning for service offers. An attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into easy-to-understand verbiage, is crucial. The Specialist will be the expert in their solution(s)'s target customers, how they buy, and their buying criteria, and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel. This role is both writing and project management-intensive, so effective time management skills are a must.

Solution Content & Sales Enablement.
Create content based on the four phases of the Buying Journey (Awareness, Discovery, Decision, and Advocacy.
Service Launches.
Engage with Advisors such as Gartner, ISG, and Forrester to design, implement, and then synthesize insights from primary consumer research and competitive analyses.
Solution by Industry / Customer Needs.
Innovation: study and track the latest technological trends related to the solution.
Product Management.
Marketing Campaigns.
Content Writing.

What do you need to succeed?
3+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a field-facing role.
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
Strong leadership, sales support, project management, and training skills.
Should be an innovative thinker, an expert in market research, and possess problem-solving skills.
Possess an inquisitive mind that is constantly pitching new ideas and actively leading brainstorming sessions.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills, including the ability to handle many assignments simultaneously.
Can turn assignments around quickly; collaborates with other team members and ensures they are meeting project deadlines.
Can efficiently work under pressure and effectively prioritize shifting deadlines.
Excellent people skills; interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, leadership, and third parties in a professional and courteous way.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ensures that translated copy retains its intended messaging.
Strong proofreading and copyediting skills.
Enjoys operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment; has a nimble and flexible work style; able to juggle multiple competing priorities and can change directions quickly.
