We're looking for a growth-minded marketer to join our marketing team as Growth Marketing Manager, Email.
You'll own the email marketing program focused on new business revenue generation. Layering new segmentation and automation, you'll serve the right offer at the right time to convert prospects into pipeline for our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll own the strategy, implementation, and results of our Demand Generation email program.
Your primary focus will be driving more pipeline through segmentation, automation, and aggressive experimentation.
You'll partner with our marketing ops team to build, measure, and scale our email program.
You're guided by data: your strategy, tactics, and tests are all rooted in metrics.
You don't stop at best practices: conventional tactics yield conventional results. You want extraordinary results and have the creativity to challenge the traditional email marketing playbook.
You'll implement new email prospecting programs to drive new meetings with sales and scale the winners to massive reach.

QUALIFICATIONS

6+ years of marketing experience
Deep knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo, Zapieremailing, CDP, 3rd party data vendors) and prospecting tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo).
Proven track record of scaling email marketing programs
Top-notch writing skills: you have studied direct response copywriting and understand how to write cold emails that convert.
Obsessed with technology: you keep up with the latest Martech tools and data vendors to get an edge against the competition.
