What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

With my in-depth level of knowledge in Digital marketing, I define and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight. The role will also involve data governance, ensuring that our information assets are systematically gathered and accurately reported according to defined rules.

You will be responsible for and take pride in....

  • Track key marketing funnel metrics (conversion rates, velocity, SLAs, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Handling day-to-day support of data reporting and analytics - working closely with Marketing teams
  • Partner and collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations team on attribution models, with an emphasis on understanding our most effective channels, campaigns, landing pages, and content
  • Maintain and deliver innovative new reports and dashboards that make it easy to understand marketing program performance, and be the owner of those metrics
  • Propose, socialize, and implement data and systems improvements that enable improved cross-channel coordination, targeting, ROI measurement and personalization
  • Work with the Revenue Operations to design and build a self-service marketing reporting environment
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team and provide analytical support on website initiatives such as investigative analysis, scalable reporting solutions, user journey analysis, A/B testing and funnel optimization
  • Produce and deliver a regular marketing and business performance brief, distilling actionable insights for marketing leadership
  • Troubleshoot and QA data issues
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to support the Marketing team

You should recognize yourself in the following...

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analytics, digital agency, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting data and providing recommendations with confidence to senior level stakeholders, even when there is ambiguity involved
  • Experience in supporting and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives
  • High level of experience in measuring and analyzing marketing campaigns including: paid search, display, social, email, content, events...
  • Capacity to slide and dice data across markets and segments to identify global or specific patterns
  • Familiarity with marketing funnel reporting: MQLs, pipeline
  • High level of experience working with analytical software (e.g. Tableau, Domo, Looker)
  • Experience with advertising platforms and reporting on standard digital marketing KPIs (e.g. CPA, CPM, CTR, Conversion rates, etc.)
  • Experience analyzing CRM data (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo) and web tracking (e.g. Heap, Google Analytics)
  • Prior experience of SQL or similar database query language skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects proactively
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
  • Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
