The Manager of Marketing Operations, Outbound Pipeline is a critical member of the GTM team and an important voice in the broader revenue operations ecosystem. This role will be a strategic business partner to our marketing organization and is responsible for proactively managing the top of the outbound funnel through acquisition, enrichment and management of the prospect database, including customer segmentation and prioritization. This role will be part of a broader team reporting into the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, and work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders across the company including marketing, sales, xDR, and IT/Systems teams.

What you'll do:

  • Operational cadence: Own the business operations for prospect database management including acquisition of prospect accounts, enrichment of account data to build out profiles, and manage database integrity. Constantly monitor and drive operational efficiencies to optimize the effectiveness and impact.
  • Lead scoring & segmentation : Develop and optimize outbound lead scoring to help identify ICP accounts. Drive segmentation strategies to optimize the prioritization of prospect accounts by the outbound motion. Consistently monitor and optimize based on analysis of cohort performance
  • Develop xDR books : Design and curate books of business for xDRs by leveraging lead scoring and segmentation strategies. Monitor performance and refine curation and routing processes.
  • Strategy & Insights : Drive thought leadership around operational excellence for the top of the outbound funnel. Design cohesive end-to-end strategy, aligned to company goals, to evolve the operations from today to the vision of tomorrow. Constantly monitor the state to ensure effectiveness of existing strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years prior experience working in operations (Sales, Marketing, xDR) or a related role; MBA a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS
  • Knowledgeable about segmentation strategies, algorithmic optimizers (nice to have), lead routing strategies
  • Structured thinking, consulting background preferred, product management skills
  • A mindset and attitude of relentless simplification and driving continuous operational improvement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to work with senior executives
  • Strong attention to detail and focus, skilled in analyzing data to drive decision making
  • Empathy; You approach all peers, partners & customers with kindness and consideration
  • Challenge the status quo with the goal of bringing in new innovative ideas and improving upon programs and processes
