We're looking for a hands-on digital and growth marketing leader to help accelerate pipeline development within our enterprise segments. Leveraging a mix of brand, demand & hyper-targeted ABM growth strategies, you'll partner closely with sales and product teams to experiment and launch repeatable demand programs that scale.

You'll lead a small team and help define clear goals, develop campaign strategies, playbooks & experiments, and execute efficient tactical plans. You'll dig in with product marketing to better understand the customer and improve our ideal customer profiles. You and your team will own a pipeline target and regularly report on performance specific to the verticals you support.

This player-coach role requires equal parts management and hands-on tactical work.

About You:

You know how to build strong partnerships with sales and product teams. You're obsessive about experimentation, measurement, and learning through data. You understand how to plan and orchestrate the buyer funnel and report on funnel metrics. You're curious about new digital experiences and connecting those experiences to customer satisfaction.

You're biased towards action and employ creative thinking to get things done. You're resourceful and can articulate a clear vision for a project or problem to solve and understand how to bring teams along with you through concise communication and proactive planning.

You're creative and understand that content is essential to marketing success. You think critically about the message and the approach. You know the importance of digital experience and SEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a small team of enterprise growth marketers
  • Work closely with sales and marketing leadership to define OKRs and pipeline goals for the verticals you support. Continuously measure performance and own the plan with your team for exceeding these goals.
  • Work closely with field marketing to support enterprise and executive-level event campaigns
  • Build a strong partnership with sales development teams and create seamless inbound and outbound campaigns to drive their numbers.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and engineering teams to produce/improve Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions.
  • Leverage product marketing and content teams to produce compelling content offers for each vertical funnel.
  • Own the development of new playbooks, experiments, and vertical marketing campaigns- including optimizing inbound and outbound acquisition channels.
  • Manage a budget for performance marketing and ABM campaigns
  • Work closely with our Brand Interactive Team, contractors, and agency partners to execute digital experiments and campaigns across our digital channels
  • Leverage analytics and sales operations teams to define KPIs, then visualize and report on campaign performance and attribution within the verticals you support.

Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing and demand generation for B2B, preferably in technology
  • Three years experience with driving enterprise B2B demand with direct reports
  • Demonstrated results from running enterprise growth programs that delivered pipeline and revenue, including ABM
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing channels; Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube others
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices: SEM Rush, Google Search Console
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and/or other automation tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude or other analytics tools
  • Working knowledge with website CMS, landing page, and personalization platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment design
  • Basic understanding of BI reporting: Tableau, Google Data Studio or others
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of web and app technology: cookies, pixels, SDKs, tracking, tagging, APIs. Segment and /or Google Tag Manager
  • Proficient copywriting and grammar skills
  • Design or media editing skills a plus: Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva
