Wiz is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to provide leadership and own ABM to both build and execute best-in-class ABM account journeys, custom messages, and experiences that result in the KPIs of pipeline, revenue, and expansion from existing customers. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop personalized needs-based messages, materials, call to action, and offers to target buyer personas. Additionally, you will partner with field, campaigns, product marketing, sales, and operations to develop and execute tactics to support the end-to-end ADM strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a plan that will Identify named accounts and create opportunities in a 1 to 1, 1 to few that will advance our demand gen, complement existing go to market and sales motions and increase awareness, engagement, reach, frequency and pipeline and revenue from named accounts
  • Create database of named target accounts and determine coverage that Contrast wants against those specific accounts. Prioritize the accounts with sales and work with Sales Operations and Sales to ensure data quality and list builds.
  • Coordinate cross functionally to align and engage target accounts. Expand reach and increase engagement against named accounts
  • Determine desired engagement levels (as KPI) and analyze engagement in specific mediums. Drive user research to validate and experiment ABM messaging/use cases across paid and owned channels
  • Design and create programs with Demand Generation team that drive conversion rates and velocity of named accounts through pipeline stages. Analyze conversion rates on ongoing basis and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Work with Sales teams in regions and Sales Operations to continually refresh ABM lists against success metrics and KPIs
  • Partner with PM, PMM, and Content Marketing to develop personalized ABM messaging and collateral to increase engagement within target account segments
  • Work with Customer Success to apply ABM to existing accounts and personalize the upsell cross sell according to1) products existing customers have purchased 2) additional named contacts within said account to expand influence in large accounts
  • Analyze, report, and measure the full downstream impact of ABM campaigns in terms of engagement with marketing channels, SDR conversion, meetings booked, pipeline assigned in opportunity stages and ultimately, revenue generated.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years B2B or SaaS Demand Gen experience, min 2+ yr ABM program management
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing funnel (leads, contacts, ops, sales stages, revenue), lead routing, lead scoring, nurture, digital marketing, and demand generation channels
  • Understanding of persona based messaging, nurture programs, value propositions, content mapping, and creative development - ability to identify good copy and creative
  • Advanced analytical expertise and experience leveraging data from a variety of sources such as Google Analytics, Demandbase/6Sense, Tableau, and equivalent to discern patterns, measure multi-touch attribution, and make data informed predictions
  • Exceptional communication, written and verbal and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Ops, Demand, Brand, Product Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams
  • Experience with Marketo/Eloqua, Salesforce, ABM MarTech (Demandbase/6Sense)
  • Bonus - Experience with Content and Website personalization tools, chatbot tools
