About the Role

We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our small, but mighty Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a growing team that's responsible for delivering communications and making an impact every day. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to help with project intake, strategies, and implementation of re-engagement marketing initiatives across the consumer and partnership customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience building engaging, data-driven marketing campaigns in a results driven environment, have proven success in improving key metrics, provide continuous innovation, all with a highly empathetic, customer-centric mindset.

To thrive in this role, you are

  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders and resources from the partnership, product, design, sales, customer experience, and analytics teams to develop and deliver on multi-channel marketing strategies that help accomplish larger company goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
  • A track-record of demonstrable business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels
  • Understand and optimize email deliverability to refine our program and maximize inboxing
  • Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
  • Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in customer marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and marketing automation systems
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, problem solve, and implement improvements
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize and deliver against changing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and aggressive deadlines.
