We're on a mission to enable customers to find answers to all of their questions regarding their Sonos systems. Be it helping them to solve a technical challenge, education on how to get more out of their products, or ideas on what kind of Sonos speaker fits their space the best. The Sonos Communities are a great place to learn more about Sonos, and to get help and assistance, and we want customers to easily be able to ask questions, and find answers. This role will focus on enabling community self-service from a platform, content and data perspective.

What you'll do:

  • You'll build and maintain a plan to regularly create, review and update established, and new, community content to make it easy to find, read, and follow for all levels of users.
  • You'll update and maintain various aspects of the community platform as programs and projects unfold.
  • You'll support and enable partner moderators to take appropriate actions, and engage with users, where necessary in accordance with community terms and conditions.
  • You'll work with data from a variety of sources to track and report on the effectiveness of the community.
  • You'll closely monitor events and releases and reach out to relevant departments to share insights, and ensure the community is able to support "hot" topics with the most up-to-date information and Q&As.

What you'll need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with branded support communities/forums
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Dutch and/or German a plus)
  • Familiarity with various enterprise community platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and comfortable with working across departments
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer a degree in communication, but not a requirement
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage own tasks effectively.
  • Experience with content planning and creation
  • Experience with insights and data reporting (excel, tableau, google suite)
  • Experience with project management (Jira, confluence)
