About The Role

We're looking for a Head of Product Marketing to build and execute our B2B product marketing strategy and drive go to market success. As the Head of Product Marketing, you'll build and lead a team that owns a diverse set of responsibilities, from deeply understanding customer insights to developing positioning and messaging, to driving a clear B2B content strategy. In this role, you will work closely with Ethos' CMO and be responsible for creating the B2B Product Marketing function - the team is growing fast, and you are joining at a key time to help shape it!

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and define customer insights, including segmentation, product testing, benchmarking, etc.
  • Own positioning and messaging, including solidifying the value prop, and creating the messaging and copy
  • Drive new product launches, including messaging new products to customers, go to market planning, and growth
  • Develop a strategy for co-marketing and partnerships with key organizations in the industry
  • Articulate complex technical concepts (keep the bullet you have)
  • Define a measurement strategy (keep the bullet you have for this)
  • Manage and grow the team to include a set of high-performing ICs

What We Value

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in B2B Product Marketing SaaS Software
  • 5+ years demonstrated track record in crafting positioning and marketing content
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize results on cross-team collaborations for marketing and revenue-generating activities
  • Ideally, you will have managed a small team and are motivated to grow another one
  • Outstanding communication and content creation skills
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and strong problem-solving ability, including against non-traditional or undefined problems
  • Sound judgment, and composure in high-pressure situations, with an ability to display discretion and integrity in all interactions
