About the Role

As Behavox's Head of Marketing Systems, you will act as the trusted technology partner of the Chief Customer Intelligence Officer and the Head of Marketing Operations enabling Behavox global marketing efforts through the use of tools and technology. This is a senior leadership role that will have a massive impact on the growth trajectory of the business by driving Behavox marketing technology investments powering pipeline generation and acceleration.

In this role, you will be tasked with building and leading an engineering team that will maintain and govern the usage of existing Behavox marketing systems, as well as take the responsibility for design, development, support and refinement of new marketing technology solutions. You will ensure the highest levels of systems' reliability, usability and agility in order to drive operational excellence and maintain full trust of the Marketing team in their technology arsenal. This role offers a rare opportunity for an engineering leader to work in close partnership the business side of the organization, while enjoying a broad mandate to set and shape the technology strategy allowing to meet Marketing business requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hiring, managing and mentoring engineering teams
  • 2+ years in Marketing Technology industry as a vendor or customer
  • Lean thinking and process mindset, comfortable with Agile planning and estimation rituals
  • Experience in designing and building in-house technology solutions to address business problems

What You'll Do

  • DESIGN and BUILD technology solutions addressing Marketing business requirements through an optimal combination of buying tools available in the market and building custom systems in-house
  • Continuously DRIVE automation across the entire marketing technology stack
  • IMPLEMENT and ENFORCE software development best practices such as scrum-based development, comprehensive QA, rollout staging (QA/Dev environments), change management, process management, data hygiene, and intra-team communication protocols
  • OWN day-to-day administration and ownership of marketing tools and systems such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and corporate web-sites.
  • RUN regular reviews of marketing systems performance and digital marketing spending in order to identify and suggest to the Marketing leadership team areas for improvement
