Growth Marketing Lead

Lithic strives to make payments safer and easier for everyone. We started with a consumer product that helps people spend more safely using virtual payment cards. Then we launched a simple, modern API to make our payment and card issuing infrastructure available to other startups, fintechs, and brands. Today, that infrastructure powers hundreds of millions of dollars in payments for consumers and some of the most innovative companies in the world.

We're looking for a demand generation leader who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executer.

Job responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of go-to-market strategies for ABM and demand generation campaigns across critical audiences.
• Design funnel KPIs and implement analytics, track and report on metrics, and make recommendations for ongoing and future improvements and optimizations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Lithic's audience segments and needs at different stages.
• Collaborate with business development, customer success, engineering/product, and, most of all, sales.
• Oversee budgets and track spending to understand and improve customer acquisition costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
• Track record of building both successful demand generation and ABM programs
• Proficiency with marketing technology such as Hubspot, Marketo, LinkedIn, Salesforce
• Experience tracking full-funnel marketing metrics, A/B testing, and campaign analysis
• Ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, and forecasting

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor's Degree a plus
• Knowledge of the fintech industry is beneficial but not required
• Experience marketing developer-focused products is also valuable
