Tessian's marketing team is looking for a passionate Field Marketing Associate/Coordinator with a growth mindset to lead and project manage on regional field marketing campaigns in North America. This is an amazing opportunity to join our rocketship, have a huge impact on our continuous growth, and be a key contributor in the execution of our ambitious goals in 2022 & beyond.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Field and Channel Marketing, the Field Marketing Associate/Coordinator for NAMER (North America) will play a key role in overseeing regional field logistics and operations from end-to-end. You will manage multiple campaigns with overlapping timelines while efficiently communicating and working cross-functionally with the sales, channel, and marketing team.

Field activities include virtual events, regional events, roundtables, 1:1 meetings, networking gatherings, email campaigns, and more as well as supporting national (and sometimes international) event campaigns. Most activities are expected to be virtual for now due to COVID, with opportunities to travel in-person for select events based on your business travel preference.

Your responsibilities will include identifying and assessing new regional events and activities to participate in, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, project managing event logistics from end-to-end, and supporting tracking and measuring success.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll get to:

    • Research and build relationships with external event organizers to help contribute to a growing regional events plan.
    • Align and contribute to a pipeline target that provides leads and opportunities to our sales and channel teams.
    • Support the success of events by gatherings details of all deliverables and communicating expectations to key stakeholders involved.
    • Work cross functionally with content, lifecycle, digital, ops, design, and product marketing teams.
    • Project manage event campaigns from end-to-end which includes booking events, managing the logistics of events virtually and in-person, and providing briefing packets to speakers, guests, and internal team members.
    • Event campaigns include virtual events, regional events, roundtables, 1:1 meetings, as well as networking gatherings.
    • Grow as a field and channel marketer through promotion planning and execution, relationship building with sales, channel, and marketing teams, defining what success looks like, and tracking measurable ROIs.

We'd love to meet someone who:

    • Bachelor's degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, or business.
    • 1-2 years of previous field marketing or events marketing at B2B SAAS company.
    • Some familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes is a plus.
    • Experience planning and executing events is a plus.
    • Event experience - both in-house and 3rd party events, virtual and in-person.
    • Knows how to work with several stakeholders internally (sales, channel, marketing) and externally (vendors, sponsors, partners).
    • You're able to think differently, creatively, and on your feet -- anything can happen in events!
    • Some technical knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels like Hubspot and Salesforce.
    • Working within a set budget.
    • Great copywriting skills - internal and external facing.
    • Great communication skills - presenting internally on upcoming events and sharing results.
    • Any prior experience or passion towards cybersecurity industry is a plus.
