About the team

As part of the Global Executive Marketing and Customer Advocacy team, the Executive Content team partners cross-functionally to develop content that educates and inspires executive customers. We deliver thought leadership that showcases the full power of the Stripe platform, ultimately positioning Stripe as the preferred partner to modernize financial infrastructure. We use data and research to identify trends and insights that will be shared externally across multiple channels as well as internally with go-to-market teams. We uncover the most inspiring customer stories and transform them into multi-channel experiences to showcase the power of the Stripe platform. To support scale, our team designs and delivers the Stripe storytelling framework for executive marketing and customer advocacy.

Our team helps Stripe achieve its mission to increase the GDP of the internet by creating and shaping the go-to-market narrative.

What you'll do

Raise the bar for Stripe storytelling. You will partner with Stripe's top leaders to produce their narratives for executive engagements. In addition, you'll partner with the Customer Advocacy team to identify and create the most compelling customer stories to share externally. You will iterate and evolve our storytelling by proactively gathering feedback, analyzing multiple sources of data, and prototyping with cross-functional partners (marketing, sales, product, and customer success) in order to optimize content strategy.

Position Stripe as a destination for trends and insights. You will use research and data to spot trends in fintech and transform them into actionable insights that will be shared as thought leadership. You will partner with integrated marketing to identify meaningful moments to share executive thought leadership. You will help shape content packages tied to key moments and provide guidance from concept development to promotion.

Build trusted relationships with go-to-market teams. You'll have the opportunity to work with account teams (sales, customer success, and solution architects), marketing (product, integrated ,and solution), and data scientists to create insight-rich narratives transformed into creative and easy-to-consume assets. By partnering with top account teams across all verticals, you'll be a trusted advisor on how to deliver the right message at the right time to executive customers.

  • Partner with Stripe's top leaders to create their narratives (slides and talk tracks) for executive engagements
  • Launch Executive Trends and Insights thought leadership content, including a landing page with multi-format content
  • Elevate and amplify Stripe's voice by creating multi-channel, multi-format executive level content (presentations, video scripts, landing pages, blogs, emails, Slack) that captures the hearts and minds of our target audiences
  • Transform top customer stories into compelling content that can be shared across multiple campaigns and channels
  • Proactively partner with Stripe leaders and cross functional teams to create presentations and content for executive briefings that ultimately helps accelerate account momentum and builds trust in Stripe as a partner

  • 8+ years of experience in executive communications, multi-channel copywriting (video scripts, presentations, articles/blogs, infographics), editorial strategy, and/or thought leadership content
  • Experience synthesizing multiple sources of information into thoughtful narratives and content for specific products, solutions, industries, and/or audiences
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to produce user-centric content
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, written and verbal communication, and analytical skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Background in executive engagement programs, executive speaker coaching, sales enablement, executive communications, and/or customer experience design
  • Familiar with content management tools and automated workflows
  • Experience with Google Suite, Confluence, and Salesforce
  • Experience in visual storytelling for assets such as presentations, videos, blogs, and/or webpages
