Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented, organized marketer that enjoys executing top-notch outbound marketing campaigns and coordinating trade show logistics to join the Blameless marketing team. Working with marketing managers, content marketing, and sales, you will own trade show logistics and implement key marketing initiatives from email campaigns to digital programs to support lead generation efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategize w/ Marketing - Work with marketing managers to create and execute pre, during, and post show advertising including booth loops, banner ads, sponsorships, email blasts, and social media.
  • Research events - Find valuable events that position our product by looking into demographic, titles, number of attendees, cost.
  • Reporting - Review and report on trade show and marketing metrics such as traffic to booth, and leads generated to determine success of trade show.
  • Manage Event Internal Comm - Strengthen communication internally by setting up a "Know Before You Go" meeting a week before the event and giving all the information necessary to have a successful event.
  • Assist Conference Speakers - Manage Blameless conference speakers to make sure all deliverables are submitted on time working with internal teams and speakers to submit and confirm.
  • Data Cleaning - Work in Excel to combine dupes and clean list uploads before adding to the HubSpot and Salesforce.com systems.
  • Manage Vendors - Serve as the main point of contact for trade show vendors. Coordinate logistics for trade shows including managing budget, ordering show services, shipping.
  • Manage event graphic designs - Coordinate design and layout of trade show related collateral, advertisements, and materials with graphic designers.

  • Efficiently work under pressure and deadlines to complete assigned tasks
  • Extremely organized with the ability to effectively communicate action items and deadlines
  • Respond to changes in process or assignments quickly without losing sight of the overall goal
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams via Slack and on Zoom calls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn new skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently within guidelines

Requirements:

  • Experience in a marketing role, with an emphasis in tradeshow logistics
  • Strong proficiency of Google apps (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Strong attention to detail, follow directions
  • Strong desire to learn new software tools, taking good notes and ownership of simple process
  • Not afraid to ask questions
  • Organized, dependable with willingness to jump-in and take on new tasks and projects
  • Preferred working knowledge of a marketing automation tool (HubSpot, etc.)

This role will work remotely and collaborates closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success team.
