Maven is looking for an Enrollment Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with B2B2C experience and has previously served in roles supporting employer and health plan clients. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mental

As Enrollment Marketing Manager at Maven, you will:

  • Execute email/SMS and health plan portal digital marketing campaigns
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for health plan marketing requests and work closely with the Enrollment Marketing lead to deliver marketing materials and support
  • Maintain and execute templates for launch communications with a strong focus on integrated benefits within the payer ecosystem
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to grow membership and retain existing clients
  • Build employer and payer marketing plans to maximize enrollment impact at launch and throughout the year
  • Make recommendations on marketing strategies and build plans to identify enrollment opportunities
  • Analyze data to formulate enrollment strategies aimed at increasing product awareness
  • Create and maintain a payer advocacy process in partnership with key stakeholders (Brand comms, content, etc.)
  • Partner with sales and client success to create campaigns to support upsell / cross-sell and renewal
  • Provide support to Client Success for our clients' quarterly business reviews
  • Measure the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing efforts

We're looking for you to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a client marketing role at a B2B2C company. Experience working with health plans preferred.
  • Experience creating campaigns and experiences that create customer champions and brand advocates
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to strategically translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Experience with Hubspot / Salesforce preferred
  • Passion for women's and family health
