Genesis10 is currently seeking an Employee Communications Content Creator with our client. This is a 6 month + contract position and a remote opportunity.

Description:

Our client is looking for a creative storyteller to help deliver our biggest employee event of the year from message development and senior strategic counsel to execution and. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, strategic thinker who can seamlessly execute tactics and juggle multiple internal clients and projects at a given time. Candidate must be a self-starter, have experience in employee communications and events, and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. A natural affinity for online networking sites is a plus.

Areas of focus will be creating content for the event, partnering with multiple speakers and areas of the company, crafting stories to bring our Culture and Values to life, and coaching speakers. In addition, this person will also need to have experience managing content vendors along with PowerPoint design skills.

Responsibilities:

Work with Employee Communications team leads on multiple content projects of varying complexity (audience size, business structure, messaging, branding) including general session, breakouts and awards.

Work with presenters and Employee Communications team leads to develop content for the event, including writing scripts and talking points that reinforce the business narrative and crafting stories that bring our and culture and values to life.

Partner with a graphic designer on slide design.

Manage the video creation process, including interviewing video participants, writing scripts, and working with the production team to execute final videos.

Partner with the Employee Communications leads team to ensure messages are consistent, timely, and engaging, and that all materials are in the companies brand voice.

Partner with Employee Communications Lead to iterate and execute on interactive elements that engage employees through breakout sessions.

Requirements:

3-5 years' experience in internal communications with an undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts).

Or 7-10 years' experience in internal communications.

Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp).

Desired:

Experience with keynote presentations, possibly to include speechwriting, storyboarding, or other similar events designed to inspire and engage attendees.

Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Experience successfully partnering with senior leaders and collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills.

Keen eye for design and layout.

Strong business acumen, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a sense of humor (a bonus!).
