Meeting your future team:

Collibra is looking for an experienced, growth-minded Public Sector Marketing Leader. In this role, the Director, Public Sector Marketing will have responsibility for establishing Collibra as the trusted brand in the public sector data strategy. You will partner with our Field leaders to drive the Public Sector Marketing strategies inclusive of Brand, Demand Generation and Deal Acceleration. Directors of Public Sector Marketing at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Building and implementing a global marketing strategy for the Public Sector that captures the mindshare of our target buyers, analysts, and partner community.
  • Working alongside our Public Sector Sales teams, cultivating relationships with stakeholders in government to better understand the government buyer personas, and building our position as a brand leader in the space
  • Developing and executing public sector multichannel marketing campaigns to drive pipeline aligned to our Sales targets. You will define tactics for generating awareness and high-quality leads for the sales team.
  • Partnering with our strategic Public Sector partners on key go to market initiatives to reach new customers, generate leads and drive new business.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of the programs you lead and make quick decisions on where to invest and maximize ROI.

You Have:

  • 10+ years in marketing to public sector, the federal government, and healthcare industries
  • Experience in digital marketing, including an understanding of the latest B2B customer engagement tactics within the public sector, the federal government, and healthcare industries.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in all facets of marketing including account-based marketing, online, social media, and events.

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month you will: have the lay of the land, met with your key sales business partners, our primary go to market partners, and have participated in on-boarding training to get a foundation in our product and go to market strategy.
  • Within your third month, you will have your plan in place and start transitioning to execution mode. You will be having meetings with stakeholders and making decisions as to optimize investments
  • Within your sixth month, you will be reporting on the impact of your plan and campaigns and starting to think about longer term strategies with our sales leaders for growth in Public Sector.
