The Director of Product Marketing is a central role on the BrightHire marketing team, acting as the connective tissue between the BrightHire product, sales and the market. You'll serve as a key leader and advisor to both the marketing team and the company as a whole, and partner cross-functionally to ensure we effectively communicate BrightHire's value to our customers and prospects.

What will you do?

  • Own, develop and refine BrightHire messaging and positioning
  • Build compelling sales collateral (decks, data sheets, ROI calculators, etc.) for different customer verticals and personas
  • Collect and create customer stories in all formats, including webinars, events, case studies, testimonials, customer reviews
  • Facilitate successful product launches and regularly liaise with Product team
  • Manage co-marketing projects and identify/nurture co-marketing opportunities
  • Drive win/loss interviews to understand BrightHire value and differentiation
  • Develop the foundations of our customer marketing motion to fuel our flywheel
  • Engage with customers and prospects to develop a deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition space and problem set

About you:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience
  • Self starter with strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Deep knowledge of B2B SaaS GTM motions, preferably from experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • True partner of sales teams, motivated to win
  • Clear communicator, able to simplify a message and highlight what matters
  • Skilled storyteller and narrative builder
  • Natural project manager with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as needed
  • Track record of being scrappy, learning on the fly, and taking on new challenges
  • Highly organized, incredible attention to detail, extremely reliable
  • Team player and organizational influencer, skilled at building relationships
  • A passion for our mission to give everybody the hiring experience they deserve
