As our first Director of Pricing and Packaging, you will define and own the pricing and packaging strategy for Front. You'll be managing the evaluation, design, testing, and implementation of both pricing and packaging models to align to trends and customer needs across target industries. You'll remain close to the monetization challenges the sales and customer success teams are encountering with new and existing customers. This leader will partner extensively with cross-functional groups across Customer Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

What will you be doing?

    • Evaluate current pricing and packaging, review competitive pricing, understand the customer's willingness to pay, and make recommendations based on these findings
    • Partner with sales team, product marketing, product management, customer experience and the executive leadership team and drive the process to identify/prioritize products & features to be packaged and priced
    • Continually improve Front's ROI models and partner with Sales and CX to customize it to win significant deals
    • Design & lead qualitative and quantitative sales and customer research to test strategy hypothesis on pricing & packaging
    • Design analysis to draw conclusions from product and feature usage patterns
    • Conduct market research on competitors in similar and adjacent markets
    • Incorporate industry best practices, product requirements, customer insights, and competitive insights with an understanding of our sales and customer success GTM motion

What skills & experience do you need?

    • Comfortable living and working in accordance with Front's values of transparency, collaboration, high standards, care, low ego, and inclusion
    • BA/BS or equivalent working experience in enterprise SaaS
    • 8+ years of work experience, including 4+ in product marketing and pricing roles
    • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, including expertise in Excel
    • Ability to gather intelligence from data, present findings and decisions, influence executive stakeholders, and execute independently on initiatives
    • Able to lead and communicate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Success and other departments, as well as your peers in Marketing
