Attentive is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics to join our Revenue Marketing team to drive marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and quantify business contribution by operationalizing and optimizing marketing strategy, planning, and measurement. This person will champion data-led decision-making cross functionally and help the business scale globally through insights and ongoing process improvement.

What You'll do @ Attentive:

    • You and your team manage the marketing technology infrastructure and are the marketing team's source of truth for data and derived insights which are critical to Attentive's GTM success
    • Design, build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable our team to leverage marketing reports and insights to maximize business impact
    • Drive marketing funnel improvement through reporting insights and collaboration with sales and marketing stakeholders
    • Partner with the Marketing leadership team to help illustrate marketing results and business impact for ongoing business reviews including monthly sales and marketing interlocks and quarterly business reviews
    • Analyze marketing data to help our team better understand the effectiveness of overall marketing campaigns and deliver insights/actions for improvement
    • Manage the marketing automation platform, supporting technology and campaign operations processes
    • Develop and maintain a marketing technology roadmap to enable company growth objectives
    • Drive campaign automation across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to deal acceleration to engagement and renewal

About You:

    • An in-depth reporting and data background to unlock insights of marketing performance across programs, strategies, and datasets
    • Experience analyzing marketing program results, funnel conversion rates and developing data insights to influence marketing campaign strategies and process improvements
    • Experience managing martech stack and roadmap to enable marketing business
    • Knowledge of marketing automation platform best practices including campaign set-up, execution, and reporting
