Description of the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Services and Communications Manager to join our Member Happiness team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in managing virtual teams and driving results. They will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders within the business and will not be afraid to speak up when necessary. In addition, they will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a deep understanding of the digital landscape. This role will manage a team of virtual consultants as well as a Social & Community associate.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the diaries of virtual consultants to ensure that their schedules are optimised for maximum productivity
  • Working cross functionally with teams to create opportunities for consultants such as workshops, Instagram Lives, creation of content
  • Analysing data to identify opportunities for increasing AOV and developing strategies to capitalise on those opportunities
  • Copywriting for digital channels such as email, social media, and help centre (proactive and reactive)
  • Support team with engaging with our social community to drive loyalty
  • Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within the business, including marketing, community, product, and customer service teams
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital services and communications, and bringing new ideas and initiatives to the table, such as social listening tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital services and communications, including experience managing virtual teams
  • Proven track record of driving results through data analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent copywriting skills for digital channels
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and community management best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
